Wild Cherry Body Butter to be exact.
It actually did look a little like a cream pie but considering we've never had a cream pie in the house, this was quite hilarious to me (insert peals of laughter after last panel).

i recall a similar experience...
but it involved a male friend chasing me with a jar whilst yelling 'here! body butter! haaaave sooome!'
