Hourly Comic Fail -plus a few sketches from the farm

Bugger. It's been a hectic week for us. We've been working and getting ready for a visit up to Briony's mum's farm up on the NW coast of Tassie. Add to that the excitement of an upcoming visit from my brother, Brandon, and his boyfriend, Terry. so, needless to say, I haven't been able to keep focused on much lately.

I tried to do another trial hourly comic, but just didn't have the time to finish it. So, I'm posting what I did finish as well as some sketches I did on the farm. (That's my New Year's Reso - do more life drawing. In ink when possible.)

Hey Chris, I love the tree and magpie drawings, great stuff!

So pleased B&T are coming to see you guys. Give them a huge hug from us.

(Loving the hourlies too but too tired to comment in two places...great stuff, really enjoying them. Don't be too hard on yourself Mr perfectionist, some of us like to see your rough edges sometimes!)

So interesting, Chris, to have the charmingly rough dailies next to the gorgeously precise life drawings. Quite the juxtaposition and a nice comment on your lovely broad range. Great sturff!

Chris, I don't think it's fair that you're so good at comics and life drawing. I demand you start sucking at something so the rest of us can feel better about ourselves ;)

Great stuff, man.
